Why we setup this Company ?

I came to Australia for the first time in 2015 and I felt very good about this country. It is a quiet, sustainable, kind, honest and energetic country with people from different regions and rich cultural diversity.

For the next five years, I have been traveling between China and Australia. Due to frequent travel between the two countries, I found that many products in Australia come from China, but there are many other good products, new products and cheaper products in China but not found in Australia. I started asking people around me about this question. But there does not seem to be a unified answer.

Limitations

With the gradual understanding of Australia, I believe that because of the difference in language, culture, distance, business model and business information of the two countries. We do not have sufficient communication channels, which makes Australian buyers can only obtain limited product information, which leads to purchasing limitations in China.

Buyers Hesitations

I have done some research and understanding. At present, the way most Australian buyers establish contact with Chinese suppliers is to participate in Chinese exhibitions and online platforms. The information that these two methods can provide is very limited. Buyers want to obtain more information from suppliers, but there are many practical obstacles that make it impossible to obtain more products for selection. For buyers who have established trade relations, due to the complexity of international trade, buyers who want to change suppliers but dare not change easily.

Local Chinese

There are many Chinese living in Australia, but most of these Chinese chose to live in Australia after going to school here. Although they were born in China and can speak Chinese, they have not much working experience in China and have limited knowledge of the Chinese economy and industry. From personal experience and understanding, they might not have a clear understanding of the status quo of various industries in China. Most people have not been to most other places in China, and they usually only know about China from their hometown, relatives and friends.

Solution

I think that through my efforts, I can eliminate these obstacles for Australian buyers, solve their pain points, and convey more and more valuable information to Australian buyers, so that Australian buyers have a more comprehensive understanding of Chinese products and help. I have been to all provinces in China for work, and have been exposed to many different industries. I have a relatively clear understanding of China’s production and trade industries. It also summarized some of my work experience and processes.
