When spraying liquid medicine on fruit trees with thick canopy, the drone was designed a special kit. The arm will rise to a certain angle and adjust the spraying elevation angle to allow the droplets to penetrate the canopy along the oblique angle of the branches to ensure that the liquid medicine goes from top to bottom evenly. The pain point that the liquid medicine cannot penetrate to the back of the middle and lower leaves is solved. The load is increased to 30 kg, the fertilizer flow rate is as high as 40-50 kg/min, and the spreading width is 7 meters. It can complete 1 ton of fertilizer in 1 hour. According to reports, fertilizers are highly corrosive, and the new spreading system uses multi-layer oil seal protection to improve corrosion resistance and can be washed directly. The dual systems of real-time weight monitoring and no-material monitoring, combined with farmland prescription maps, can achieve precise variable fertilization, helping farmland achieve weight loss and efficiency, reduce costs and increase income.
