Henan Province
Located in central China. Because most of its land is located in the south of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, it is named “Henan”. It is one of the birthplaces of ancient Chinese civilization, with a total area of 167,000 square kilometers.

The production of Henan oil crops mainly includes peanuts, rapeseeds and sesame seeds, and its seeding area and output ranks third among all provinces in the country. The output of vegetables and edible fungi ranks third in the country.

As an important production and processing base for animal products in China, the number of Henan cattle, pigs, and poultry, as well as the output of poultry, eggs, meat, and milk all rank among the top four in China. Henan has vigorously developed the processing and transformation of agricultural products, and has become the country’s largest food conversion and processing province, first meat product province, and first beef cattle province. Chinese market 1/2 ham sausage, 1/3 instant noodles, 1/4 buns, 3/5 rice balls, 7/10 dumplings are produced in Henan.
